We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Originals receipts would need to be included
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable
Your right to cancel/return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received your goods. You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 14 day period or email us at email@example.com. If you have notified us of the intent to return goods within this 14 day period, you have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after this 14-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.
We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn saleable condition with all original tags attached.
Simply ensure that they are well-packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note: The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you package your items well and use a signed for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit. Always keep a copy of your proof of postage.
We can only exchange goods for those of the same value and all refunds will be made to the card/payment method used at the time of purchase.
We will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item excluding the return-postage cost, or exchange the item for a different one if preferred (only if available).
